Disparch and Logistics Manager
· Manage the daily scheduling of drivers and ensure delivery targets are met.
· Communicate with drivers and customer throughout the delivery process.
· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
· Responsible for meeting on-time performance requirements.
· Resolve transportation problems with urgency and professionalism.
· Record and document information from drivers and distribute to appropriate departments.
· Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management
Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification
· University degree in Supply Chain Management/ Purchasing and supply chain
· Computer literate-working knowledge of MS-Office
· 3 years progressive working experience in a FMCG setup
· Good communications skills
· Excellent negotiating skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Managerial experience in a busy organization
· Well organized
· Honesty and demonstrate a high degree of integrity
· Diversity of tasks
