KBC 644G conductor by name ONYANGO GADI ******** very rude moreso when paying with Mpesa at the same time not following the MOH guidlines when boarding customers.Kindly cheack on that.I boarded yesterday evening at kencom stage towards 46 kawangware.

Very rude there are two one security guard a black tall lady and a slemder tall guy in a white shirt the lady from nowhere just pointed me out that i hadn't queued abd i had. Pregnant women wrre left there stranded jyst because they were to queue do something about your ataff or we can change routes. Am very angry with those tqo guys who were controlling city shuttle utawala.
