City Shuttle Ltd - Nairobi

Your buses that ply the Ruai-Kamulu-Joska route have very uncouth conductors.They speak rudely to the customers and even make snyde remarks after you alight at your stage, like who does that?

Even at your bus station pick up point, you mostly find them hurling insults at each other almost fighting like school boys.

There is a reason people why people avoid your buses.

You are clearly a hopeless company that neither cares for its passengers nor conducts due diligence when hiring said conductors.

I gave the conductor 500 my fare was 160 and said he's looking for change upon arrival at my destination chokaa he alighted claiming he's looking for change then he took of running and boarded the matatu and clinger on the door laughing at me. NO PLATE NI KDA 033D FLEET 110

I board this bus in Kamulu on20 Aug 2021 driver was drunk also tout was drunk and rude and was refusing to give change or if he give u change he give u less also l wanted to alright at Kayole junction but the didn't stop and l had to use more money to go back. When l talked to the driver he was rude by asking me whether l saw him giving change this is in professional working while drunk

why charge 100 from cooperation uthiru to chiromo yet it's not peak hours???...Fleet number 015 at 9:00a.m......Your conductor Geoffrey Wambugu??.... That's absurd plus your touts are rude, you people should stop taking advantage of the situation. Guy harassed us until we got to our destination

I boarded the bus to pipeline through mombasa road on 22nd June 2021. At around 11:40am. We however passed through lunga lunga road due to jam. I lost my wallet in the process. It has no money just my national Id, school Id and a few ATM cards. Id number ********. Please contact ******** if found

I boarded the above bus around 7pm.Gave the conductor KSH.1000. The bus fare was lab.80.He gave me msg.20 and I relaxed as always waiting for the other balance.To my shock when I near my destination( Uthiru ) and request for my change.The guy whom I know very well denied that I gave him Ksh.100.We argued till Kikuyu where they dumped me to find my way back without my change.
I have boarded the bus uncountable times,I know the buss and the conductor very well.

KBC 644G conductor by name ONYANGO GADI ******** very rude moreso when paying with Mpesa at the same time not following the MOH guidlines when boarding customers.Kindly cheack on that.I boarded yesterday evening at kencom stage towards 46 kawangware.

A group of young boys not in the city shuttle uniform hike fare prices in the morning by 20 or 50 shillings, can we have a regulation on this and can we be informed on the fare increase before hand

I boarded KBT 388E that we where forced to sit two by two... If not ushuke yet its almost curfew hours. That leaves passengers with no choice,.City shuttle your are risking our Lives and our family to to covid crisis !!!!Poor services... Management adress this....

Today 18th May 2020,at around 1550pm,I boarded one of your buses,namely number,095,from bus station terminus, headed for Joska as usual.
Surprisingly today we were charged 200 for any stop,on every client, above the 'normal. nowardays,150,,and the usual being 100,which I understand due to the covid 19 perdemic.
My question arise whether 200 is justified, and if so why not announced officially as the routine.
Hope this question will get a reply today,because it usual to have no response to replies.,but the message is home.

Today I took a city shuttle from westlands, the conductor. Kbt 195D. The lady was abusing the commuters. Is this the kind of customer service.

With these hicked fare and covid 19 your buses still carry full capacity 418 to be precise na unalazimishwa kusonga coz they want to carry passengers on the road after leaving the stage. Really????

I work in town and hence I board your buses daily from Joska, my question is it official that from busy station to Joska is 200? Is that fare from your head office or are we exploited by your tauts at bus station,Mungu awaone na alipizie wanyonge
