Some of the worst customer care I have received on the African continent.

I am still to receive a parcel that arrived in Nairobi 6 days ago. I paid all duty and exorbitant charges within 30 minutes of being sent a total.

They charge for third party clearing even though I did not request this.

The total fees were approx. 70% of the parcel value.

They do not answer the phone and do not reply to most of the emails I have sent.

My advice - use DHL

Its the truth boss, this what am experiencing, since 14 of April this year till today06 of may I haven't received my parcel. its better even to use sea line than ups.

people don't waste time shipping goods with ups kindly go for dhl or tnt
