Question for Techno Customer Care

Hi how are you. Now I have a tecno W4. And I have a big problem the internal memory it says 16gb but it's not 16gb I think it's only 2gb every time it shows no memory. What do I do.where do I take it.so it can be checked.I just bought it 2 weeks ago. Please let me know.
