Techno Customer Care - Nairobi

Your helpline number is not reliable. Trying to track my stolen phone using My techno IMEI number with the help of my cell phone provider. Turns out their to busy to pick up my call and constantly hanging up on me..feelimg frustrated????

I bought a Tecno BE6 on August this year and it has always having problems. It has been replaced by carlcare and the second phone has now been repaired 5times and right now it's still misbehaving. My experience has been horrible

Bought a Techno Camon 12 Air about on 22/06/********. On the pack and on phone settings it shows it has 64GB internal storage but it can hardly take a simple application of 21MB, it says memory is full.
It is quite frustrating.
I tried returning it to teh seller, and she said she has no control since she could also read what is on the phone says.
I tried calling all the customer care phone lines o techno customer care i Nairobi and none goes through.

It stopped reading my memory card and sim card even though the port Is perfectly fine... It stopped working overnight... Please help am really pissed... I trusted tecno... I have used this phone for 2months only.....

Bought a Tecno sparks 3 the other day,its browsing speed is too slow and the memory space is too small too. Despite having a ROM of 16GB i have only used 6gb and keeps updating me to free some space or insert an SD card.What could be the problem? please assist.

Nairobi customer service lines are not going through so how is customer related if we can't reach you when in need of help??

i have a techno S3 re-sentry started hanging oftenly and today morning i switched it off and remove the battery to see whether it will stop behaving awkwardly but unfortunately when i returned the battery and switched it on its not opening,its just come techno and you can not switched it off unless you remove the battery.pls advice
