All the items I have bought, have never failed me at all thus I can confidently say that they sell quality products at a very good price. They also have a wide variety of items to choose from, and even if it is out of stock, they usually avail it in the shortest time possible or they outsource to ensure customer satisfaction.
Lastly, the entire team is also quite knowledgeable when it comes to product knowledge and assisting me to decide on the options I may have and honestly, they've always advised me accordingly.

it's a customer right to exchange a product sold the previous day, same color, same price and same quality. I shouldn't be charged extra for an exchange. The services were very poor.
