Why am I asked to pay ******** shillings for me to receive my consignment from Nairobi to Mombasa
Am requested to pay ********kenyanshillings to get my parcel deliveredfrom mombasa to Nairobi from UK ...and that I must pay the amount before the parcel is transported to Nairobi....is this applicable?
