I'm asked to pay Ksh3200 for my Package from Nairobi to MOMBASA, they ain't even understanding people's situation
Hardly understanding, someone from you company is asking me to send the money to his number as my taxation of the package as for me I need to reassure that my package has arrived so that I can pay the tax via the bank and come with the receipt from the bank to get.my package, I don't know who that guy is since he's urging me to send money in his number for a quick service, watch on your workers... They're frightening us since I think I'm gonna be conned my money

Extremely bad and slow service
Hardly pick up calls, their service is very slow and they dont seem to understand "Urgency". Plus they have only one contact number which bills you JUST for ringing! Terrible! very very disappointing
