Let it be your last option and don't expect any good experience from them.No refunds,but you can't ask why.Customer care doesn't pick the phone.Their office so messy.They don't prioritize the customers.I mean do they even have a manager?

How do you book a 9am bus and it's almost 11am ,there is no bus. No communication from the staff. Seriously you make me think twice about coming back here

This guys have very poor customer service.Never to be recommended to anyone.I paid for parcel to be delivered to western.Mumias,Instead of dropping the parcel,the vehicle decided to do trips with my parcel to Busia instead of dropping the parcel to designated office.A simple parcel takes 3 days on the road before reaching its destination.Parcels customer care very poor.

Worst bus to use.WORST customer care! Extreme delay in departure time is a normality. They should check out how buses like easy coach, crown bus and mash poa work they need classes on how to treat customers. They do this coz they have no major competition on some routes Maybe with the introduction of easy coach on some of their routes like butere will make them up their game.

I do not recommend anyone to ever board this bus. poor customer care services, dirty buses and arrogant staff

They refused to reschedule my travel, had to pay again
