I have bleached my teeth here, had to stop early due to pain. It was my first time so I didn't know. They did not put anything to protect my gums, it was absolutely horrible, my gums looked completely destroyed

Sorry to hear about your experience. We are based in Parkwest office suite 8C in 3rd parklands and we have never seen or treated you in our clinic. We have another general dentist clinic in next door, unfortunately you may be ended up in wrong place.
