BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
My experience with Optica has been nothing but the best from way back in 2008.my branch has been the Moi avenue one,the staff is competent,ready to serve a customer however difficult it can be.I am very delighted writing this review because i would recommend anyone to come have this epic experience.I have also been to Nakuru branch,the staff is amazing,personally i have dealt with one Rose Kariuki,she is quite a bubbly soul and always ready to listen.Thank you so much Optica
