Review Loan delayed

I applied for aloan of 40k on 17th Feb of this yr at Embakasi branch up to now I haven't received the money even after making so many calls to branch manager and visiting the bank severally.Are you bankrupt or what might be the problem that u don't want to say out.To make the matter worse, the branch ordered me to first pay the 500 for lawyer.Am looking for alternative...!
