Review Complaint of bend post at Joy bringers nakuru 1 week

I informed and showed the K.p.l.c staff taking readings on 11 jan.I proceeded the following day on 12 Jan to customercare.But 4 days later no action been taken.This is putting innocent lifes at risk with each passing second.Hope this issue will be accorded immediate attention
