Very poor services
In these tough times of COVID, this company does don't observe necessary measures in place that limit the spread of the virus. Today on the 10th of November 2020, I have boarded a bus that is overcrowded and was not issued with a ticket. While trying to inquire why the conductor allowed me in the bus that is full, he replied: nakupanga na wewe hautaki.
Absurd!!!!

Yesterday on 24th January I travelled on KCM 916W transline shuttle from Kenyenya-kisii to Nairobi and there was no social distancing yet paid ksh1500 and this conductor was extremely rude and had even a well sharpened panga to threaten us.sad enough instead of making us get to afya center he dropped us at imara daina claiming ndio mwisho wa gari with so much attitude and he was driving very fast and carelessly we were almost hit by a trella at mahi mahiu.

This company is aiding the spread of COVID 19 and the Government MUST Stand firm and use the Michuki style of Leadership to let them tow the line and stop looting from citizens either. What is annoying is that they are key in spreading the worst strain of COVID 19 and they are acting as if they are above the Law?
