Review EMPTY PARCEL

am so disappointed this morning. I went to pick my parcel from G4S kisumu. I was told to pay to a till number before being given the parcel. I paid and i was given my parcel. on reaching the office after 5 minutes i opened the parcel. sock on me. an empty box inside a brown envelope. I have wasted my 4320.00 ksh. I would like my refund because this is fraud.i will not take it lightly
