On 15.04.2020 your motorcycle officer Reuben Ngonge ******** collected two letters for delivery to Mombasa KPA and Coast Development Authority. This letters have not been delivered to date despite many follow up for confirmation of the same.

Merry go around has been going on between your Nairobi Office supervisor ******** and their Mombasa office ********.

Kindly note that my option to pursue your organization for non delivery of services despite being paid for it is open to me notwithstanding the fact that I will also escalate your poor services so that other customers can take precautionary measures when dealing with your organization.
