WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had the horrible customer service experience in yaya today.Please take your employees for customer service training in particular teller : jomomo1 since he didnt have his name tag on. He served me today 29th june at 11.33am transaction: 49 he`s wearing a brown and beige checked shirt if that helps and his female colleague counter 5 who were busy discussing about cake in the back office from the time i got to the counter and had the audacity to say its not important to aknowledge clients and i shouldnt make a big deal afterall ?? Seriously! is this premiere or prestiege banking. They casually continued discussing about cake until he handed over my deposit slip. He`s in the wrong profession as a bank teller who is serving millions of people. If at 11.30 am that`s the service you get i can only imagine the service clients get at late afternoon or evening.SHAME SHAME ON YOU BARCLAYS PRESIEGE PREMIER BANKING!! if thats the kind of service you can provide. Give if your employees sufficient tea breaks so clients dont have to hear you in house cake issues.
