Review Joseph is now a proven thief and conman

Joseph is now a proven thief and con man. He disappeared with 33,000 Ksh for air tickets. He refused to return the money nor avail tickets and we had to cough up money to secure tickets which caused us more than we initially anticipated to use. Should you track him let me know as he should be behind bars
