Question for Nyeri Provincial General Hospital

Hi. My concern is how can a whole level 6 hospital like nyeri pgh symtem be down for hours, yet it's the only such facility in this country. could this be a deliberate, just to deny the residents this basic service. It's a big shame your excellence governor.
