Question for Delta Courier Company Kenya

How can a clearing agent company have no LIPA NA MPESA NUMBER and the only easy answer from you is, "we will send you the cashier's Number." Why can't you have a till number that reads the same Company Name?? You just give out a number that reads a totally different company name. I'm yet to pay for the clearance charges for a gift if you will provide genuine channels of payment.
