Question for Subaru Kenya

I have Subaru Impreza GG2 2007model EL15 engine. Sometimes when I start produce smoke and other times does not. Not only in the morning but even at during the day. Have tried to explain to mechanics but none of them is able to rectify that. The problem started like 3months ago.
