Question for Master Quick Services

Hello.. I have an outstanding loan with stawi ncba and I understand you have been assigned on an overdue I owe them, is there a way I can make partial payments until I finish because I am a small scale trader and I hardly make ends meet but I can do my best until I clear.. Please help.
