Question for Chris Maina & Co. Advocates

Hello am BONFACE and i work with one private security company on night shift and I want to sue the company for underpay and many issues such as NSSF AND NHIF cover which they Don't pay for me I work 84 hours per week which they do not pay overtime my salary is 6000/- per month
