Question for Nokia Care Centre

Hi I bought a nokia 2 from Safaricom open day two weeks ago,i used WhatsApp for a week then it stopped. The app is not opening, the message am getting is WhatsApp keeps stopping. What could be the issue, I have tried uninstalling & installing again still the same issue.
