Question for Hotpoint Appliances Ltd -Sarit Centre

I am located at Lower Kabete and I bought an LG double door Fridge at Nakumatt Thika Road in 2009. It is not cooling in the lower part and I have noted that on the deep freezer side is not working as before. Can I get somebody to service for me?
