Question for Barclays Bank of Kenya Ltd -Haile Selassie

I lost my visa and bank card or rather stollen in Switzerland,i live here in switzerland,have written your manager a letter to stop all transtion frim anybody who gets in contakt with these card!..am still waiting for an answer frim your manager..how long will it take to get another card and is it pissible that someone can use my card????
