·         Oversee the maintenance and support of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and telecommunications systems.

·         Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems and infrastructure.

·         Manage system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery planning.

·         Recruit, train, and manage a team of IT professionals.

·         Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.

·         Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support.

·         Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

·         Develop and implement IT support processes and service level agreements (SLAs).

·         Monitor IT helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.

·         Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's IT systems and data.

·         Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.

·         Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures.

·         Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

·         Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs.

·         Oversee the implementation of new software and hardware solutions.

·         Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

·         Monitor IT expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings.

·         Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management.

·         Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy in alignment with business goals.

·         Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.

·         Advise senior management on technology solutions and their potential impact on business operations.

·         Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

·         Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure favorable terms.

·         Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with SLAs.

Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related role.

·         Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.

·         Proven experience in managing IT projects and teams.

·         Excellent leadership and team management skills.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Proficiency in using IT management software and tools..        .
