Switch Fitness center was established in October 2011. The gym is located in Mlolongo at connections hotel.The fitness center offers a variety of services. If your need is to stay healthy or loose weight, then switch fitness center is the place to be, our instructors will help you get to your goals. We have aerobics, as well as Aqua-aerobics that will start in August, Taebo, Zumba, strength training, free weights. We have activities for the whole family.
