Sent a parcel from Nanyuki to Meru but it never reached. When I tried calling the office, the guy blocked me. Never use Menany, they will mishandle your parcel

On Friday I took a direct shuttle from meru to nakuru because that's what I was meant to believe it was.We reached nanyuki and had to wait for 25 mins for the car to get more passengers.Such an inconvenience.Menany kindly do better.

I was sent a luggage from Ntirimiti to Nairobi on Monday 2nd November 2020. The luggage was left behind and was never sent. When i didn't receive a call as normally from Menany Office Nairobi i decided to call and the lady told me that there wasn't any luggage belonging to me. The sender went to Ntirimiti office and got the luggage still there. He decided to take it to Kibirichia office and send it from there. The luggage was sent on Friday evening and untill yesterday Friday 6th Nov.still no notification of my luggage. I called the Office number twice and the lady told me there was no luggage belonging to me.whaaat!! I contacted someone who was near the Office only for him to call and tell me that my luggage is in the office. Now am wondering from Monday to Today Saturday isn't that food rotten?? Am supposed to pay Kshs.500 for the Luggage. Is it really worth? MENANY SACCO YOUR SERVICES ARE PATHETIC..VERY DISAPPOINTED.

i was sent a parcel from meru to nairobi containing fruits (tree tomatoes n ovacadoes)the goods were delivered 3days later...
i found my gunia on the open streets under the scorching sun i.e i picked up the parcel at 5:45pm after being alerted of delivery.
my ovacadoes,tree tomatoes n dried dania were all soaked from mishandling.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEIR CARGO SERVICES.

Very very poor service delivery. Boarded bus in Nanyuki and waited over 2 hours. The office didn't do anything to alleviate the situation by transferring me to another vehicle. Will not board any vehicle from this Sacco ever again! I would rather walk to my destination!

I was mishandled by the bus tout!
You shouldnt force the customer to board the bus. We pay out of will hence I believe I have the liberty to choose to use the bus or 14 seater.
