Incompetent, unprofessional staff with bad customer service.

After living in an apartment managed by this agency for 6 months, during which time they failed to make agreed upon repairs, didn't provide running water and were generally incompetent, we moved out.
2 months later, having had to repeatedly contact them, as they were ignoring our calls and messages, they have finally come out and said they are refusing to return our deposit. DO not trust them, do not give them any of your money

I am utterly disappointed with your services.I moved out of my house in November 2017 and im required to wait for my deposit until January 2018.I have called and texted my agent severally with no response only to be told that the days for refunding have since passed.How was i supposed to know yet on the form it is written 25th and 26th of the next month?

You have rude caretakers you should improve on that they should respect tenants

I've never met someone so rude like the guy that picks receipts in kayole, mihang'o stage. Insults and rudeness are his orders of the day, can,t wait to get a new house and move out!
