These agents are extremely unprofessional and rude!
They have no sense of urgency in fixing issues and when requested to attend to a matter, they either ignore you or respond rudely leaving tenants to find other ways to solve issues caused by poor workmanship in the houses they manage. I wonder how landlords keep giving them business, their service is TERRIBLE.
BE WARE WHEN DEALING WITH THEM

You guys are very quick to come for rent but dont even bother if this are not good in a flat, like where i leave we have been in the dark since Saturday at around 8pm up-to today and nothing has been done

They are very mean they even lock children in the house in the absence of their guardians or house helps, they disconnect power by disconnecting wire. They even have guts to ask you why are you in a house you cannot afford. they send different people to your house with no identification , sometimes even a group of 7 or more people.

The company lacks transparency interms of policy formulation and implemantation.You just wake and you are imposed charges that dont make sense yet no one is ready give a breakdown on the sort. Landlords should oversee their operations as this will affect their bussiness.

Ciru and Wambu in imara daima,the agents are extremely rude. One day past rent day,they disconnect the electricity, threaten to lock your house. There's no constant running water. After I moved out having followed all regulations, 2 months+ have not yet received my deposit. They always tell me how the owner is outside the country and they can't authorize transactions. So what's their work as agency?. One by the name Benson, am giving you guys 48 hours to return my deposit, it's not a threat. It's a fact we have a team of complainants bringing demonstrations at your office.

Very true,they refuse with the deposi, Landlord Benjamin Waweru ********,benvero houses,very pathetic,he told me peupe ati hakuna deposit inarudishwa,i even went to their office thinking they would help me but all in vain, God will Judge you accordingly ,unafikiri mtu anarokotapesa chini, you will repair those house till your last penny.

Their agents are very unreasonable, rude and arrogant. I would also say the same about the customer service when you go to their offices. I would not recommend anyone to use these guys as their agents.

These are the worst property managers on this side of the Sahara. I still wonder how they are still in operation despite the numerous complaints from the tenants of the houses they manage.

Incompetent, unprofessional staff with bad customer service.

After living in an apartment managed by this agency for 6 months, during which time they failed to make agreed upon repairs, didn't provide running water and were generally incompetent, we moved out.
2 months later, having had to repeatedly contact them, as they were ignoring our calls and messages, they have finally come out and said they are refusing to return our deposit. DO not trust them, do not give them any of your money

I am utterly disappointed with your services.I moved out of my house in November 2017 and im required to wait for my deposit until January 2018.I have called and texted my agent severally with no response only to be told that the days for refunding have since passed.How was i supposed to know yet on the form it is written 25th and 26th of the next month?
