Mr. Josiah Njoroge
CEO
Mr. Josiah Njoroge is the CEO of the Africom (E.A.) Limited and he is conscientious and professional business consultant with extensive experience in finance and accounting, business process outsourcing with international exposures in Africa, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Josiah is a highly organized efficient individual whose thorough and precise approach to projects has yielded excellent results. Recent achievements with a number of clients in Africa, Middle East and Asia include financing and trade syndication in major commodities, project financing, implementation and supervision.
He has worked as an audit senior with M/s JPN Karara & Co CPA, for the period from 1988 to 1994. Set up his own practice Price Release House as a leading business consultant in Nakuru County from 1994 to 2004. He became the founder director and the CEO of Africom (E. A.) Limited since its incorporation date in 1996 to present day.
Jean Harley Benjamin Ithier, Ph.D.

Harley has a very rich background working directly with entrepreneurs, private companies, government and non-government organizations (NGOs) in Mauritius and internationally. As an experienced entrepreneur, a company director and a seasoned leader he brings a wealth of experience at the organizational, personal and strategic level through the re-engineering of company structures.
As the CEO of a large insurance agency dealing in life, non-life products and collateral loans services, he marketed financial investments products, residential and Business loans successfully for many years. Today, he specializes in capital raising and investments for corporate and individuals through Private Funding Programs.
He has worked in Australia, UK and is a Full Member of the Institute of Marketing Management of the Republic of South Africa. With the present remarkable economic breakthrough in Mauritius and the many business opportunities rolled out through the new economic roadmap of the government, he strongly believes that our corporate partnership is well positioned for sustainable impact on the African Continent and beyond.

In partnership with our corporate partners in the Financial Instrument Industry we have been able to provide effective financial solutions to our clients enabling them to meet their financial requirements. The solutions have been applied in securing trade finance, project finance, debt restructuring and refinance, equity providers and non-recourse loans using Collateral Transfer Agreements in established financial instruments sourced through leading Tier 1 financial institutions.
Commodities:
Through our corporate network we have established reliable commodity suppliers in areas such as petroleum and petroleum products, dry grain, plant and machinery/equipment. We have provided our clients with extended letters of credit (Usance) of up to 365 days on a roll-over basis enabling them to enjoy long extended credit terms of nearly 8 times the trade cycle! This allows them to maximize their profits with relatively low financial costs.
