You guys have failed me,,,I want to activate my account and just because I lost my ID u can't use my photocopy u want a police abstract and my waiting card,,,,well I will get them for you but what is it that u want from them tht u can't get from my photocopy,,what is all this red tape for??? Its just ******** in that account come on guys...

so i was using my mum's ATM CARD and i got swallowed by the ATM. i called customer care and they told me to go pick it up in Monday of the next week since it was a Saturday...i went back on that morning and they told me that the owner of the ATM should call the branch and state that i could pick the ATM. so i did as they told me as per the instructions given. after three days of the same week i went back having called the number that they had given me and also the owner of the ATM calling the person that was serving me and giving him the details of her ATM etc. funny or weird enough the person serving me claimed that they did not have any idea of the name of the number which they had given me to call.... really? does that happen in banks? so i talked to another person to help me out and he clearly stated that we call again and let the customer care write them an email stating that i could pick up the ATM. that was around 4 and we were the last people to get out of the bank. they also instructed me that i should come the next day which was a weekend before 12..... the D-day comes and the owner of the ATM goes to the bank herself and the persons involved decide to tall her that the card is not around that bank... really? and they made her run up and down the stairs of the bank but to no avail? since it was a Sacco link card they told her that they had sent the card to the Sacco which could not be understood as we told them if we could go to the Sacco immediately and they kept claiming that maybe the card had not reached and to top up they themselves had said that we should go back on that very day... really why do some customer care take their customers for fools.am very disappointed in your services and think that the people in that branch should work hard in order to deliver. so by the way that is another weekend without the ATM at hand.
