Reviews of P C E A - Woman's Guild (Wogect) Centre-Makupa - Mombasa

I stayed at WOGECT from 15th to 18th Oct 2013 and I was terribly disappointed by the services. The place is rapidly going down the drain starting with the services at the customer care desk. The receptionists are insensitive to customer enquiries and complaints and keeping making promises that they do not fulfill or explain to customer requests cannot be fulfilled. It is so sad to see this happening...My mother ( now in her 70s), who is a retired elder tells me that that she was amongst those who opened the guest house and that is why I prefer staying there when I visit Mombasa. This is not the first time I was staying there and therefore I can compare with what I have found previously.
Another matter which requires immediate attention is rather embarrassing but needs to be said.... your beds may be having bedbugs. Please do something about this. Please investigate and find out whether this is the case.I have spent the whole day today fumigating the belongings that I came with. Please if this is not the case, please forgive me and I will also ask the good Lord to forgive me for thinking ill of you.
I'm giving this feedback so that the management can do something about it. I do hope this will only be for your consumption and will not get into the public domain. Also, the rooms and the outside of the buildings would also do with a coat of paint.
I pray that the good Lord provides you with the means and the will to maintain the place in order to keep the Woman's Guild torch burning.
