Poor quality service. The van was below average. The gearbox made a rattling sound the whole drive. All the windows were stuck and could not be opened, and none of the seat belts were working. Additionally, the fan didn't work and there was no A.C. Also, the driver was quite rude. For example, he didn't want to take us to the lodge to drop our luggage. Then after we dropped our luggage off, we couldn't find him. When he came back he said he went to drop off his luggage, and didn't care that we were waiting for our afternoon safari..

The driver warned us that the roof could fall on our heads and we should not blame him for any injuries!! This made us very weary to enjoy the safari. Isn't the purpose of the roof to allow us to stand? What did we pay for?

To top it all up, we are still awaiting our receipt! We were informed by Sarova staff that the driver would bring the receipt when he picked us up for the safari but this did not happen.
