Seb Estates Ltd - Nairobi

SEB Estates are criminals that steal from unsuspecting tenants. They asked for 2 months deposit. My rent was inclusive of service charge and was never late. When I was moving my truck was prevented from coming into the estate because SEB had not remitted service charge to the estate for months. This is after I gave them a months notice that I was moving and called a week before to confirm that everything was in order and they said yes. 9 months later I have not received my refund. Rent a property managed by seb at your own risk.

Very bad people.
Worst company ever.
The customer care at their office actually have the power to talk however they want to you.
At the time of vacating you better have a lawyer else do not expect a single dime of your so called deposit.
Delay to pay and you will see all types of penalties.

Avoid this people(this is not a company) like plaque!
