I fueled last week at your station at fedha and I felt somehow coned. My fuel gauge never rose and I even thought my car was faulty which it wasn't. The distance I usually cover when I fuel for ksh 300 was not covered. Today I went to that same station and fueled for 500 yet the same thing happen. My fuel gauge changed not and in driving for less than 10km my tank was empty. I honestly feel either your attendants are playing foul on customers n pumping air instead of fuel or your pumps are faulty. This can not happen to me in two successive times because yesterday I did fuel at your different station at all sops n all was well. I'm honestly disappointed with shell fedha station. Stop this con.

I always fuel at your Lunga Lunga Service Station and the services i get there are wholesome! The attendants are swift, very professional and friendly. i hardly fuel from anywhere else. Keep up the good work! Janet Kibet

I fueled at your petrol station along ruaraka shell station off outering road. The attendant called Nicholas was on duty on 5th January Thursdays evening. I gave him 500 kshs. for fuel and he never pumped the full amount I complained to him and he ignored my concerned raising suspicion over his professionalism and service to the public, It has been known that some of your pumped attendant either play tricks or you have faulty pumps. This behavior will deprive you from share market that took you resourceful time to build.
