Reviews of Fahari Gardens Hotel - Nairobi

Hey,
We had a lovely experience at this establishment. The food was delicious. The staff that served me and the way everything was handled there? Perfect.
My rather relaxing day was however ruined when I had to meet their F&B Manager. He is very rude, arrogant, judging and unprofessional. He treated me like an unreasonable high school kid that was still discovering the world. Astonishing is that at one point he even blew me off because, apparently, he had better things to do (To which he walked off and took up a bar stool at the bar). Let him know that he is running an establishment in the hospitality industry, not the county council’s dog pound. Very annoying man. (My issue was later resolved rather warmly AND PROFESSIONALLY by one of the waiters who, in my opinion, deserves the position more. I didn’t get a name, but his efforts sure didn’t go unnoticed.)
That aside, all is well. It’s a nice place, and except for the schmuck, you have a nice team. I’d love to come back, but would definitely pray to God that I don’t bump into him. #Amen
