You have to queue for more than an hour waiting to see the doctor. Again they have only one doctor who at times just leaves the room without informing patients where he/she is going. I had to leave and seek better services at a different hospital.

Do you accept Britam Afya tele medical insurance, coz my employer said am covered in your facility but unfortunately my pregnant wife was not attended to and i dont know why. And since i have a medical card, is it necessarry for me to pay for medical charges in your facility
