African Wildlife Foundation - Nairobi

Founded in 1961, the African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) is an international conservation organization dedicated to protecting Africa's wildlife and wild lands. Over the past 50 years, AWF has taken numerous steps to ensure the longevity of Africa's natural resources, and to this day remains committed to the preservation of this precious ecosystem. To further this mission, in 2014 AWF established the US $10 million Urgent Response Fund to target anti-poaching efforts and safeguard threatened species such as elephants and rhinos. Working with local African communities and governments, AWF strives to ensure that Africa's wildlife and wild landscapes will endure forever.
