Reviews of Coast Mail Co Ltd - Mombasa

First of all I tried to find out whether the courier bus has arrived. No one picked up their calls or the phones are off.
I ended up going there thinking its an overnight bus so should have arrived by morning just to wait in the line for 45 mins and be told that the bus has not arrived and when I ask them when it shall come, they say they dont know, might be 3 hours or so.

Very useless, lines are long, staff are slow, there is no order. Just chaos!
