Poor services, rude driver
I boarded a direct vehicle kck 790j Nakuru to Eldoret to catch a flight. Driver is rude..he picked excess passangers, bought stuff on the road, and did not arrive at destinations..he "sold us" to town service matatus at Burnt forest, which subsequently sold us to another at mugoidi. Almost missed my flight.

Dissapointment
The Sacco is so rogue. I was travelling from Kaplong to NAKURU.. reaching Londiani they told me to alight, took my money and left. The conductor grabbed my phone, threatened to break it. The driver was so arrogant and rude. The number plate of the PSV Nissan is KCA 201M. Guys, if you see this car, don't board. They will steal from you. Thieves, whose days are counted.
