Resolution Insurance made its debut in the Kenyan market back in 2002, becoming the first Medical Insurance Provider (MIP) to be registered. This achievement was recognized in 2012 when Resolution Insurance was named Medical Insurance Provider of the Year in the Think Business Insurance Awards.
In 2013, Resolution Insurance was licensed as a General Insurer by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA). This license allows us to offer a wide range of General Insurance Business, such as Personal Accident, Workmen’s Compensation, Liability, Medical and Miscellaneous.
After 10 years in the industry, Medical Insurance remains Resolution Insurance’s core product. To date, we have managed the medical needs of over 60,000 members, including corporate entities, social groups, families, and individuals, with innovative solutions.
