Imfuyo Usajili is an award-winning agrifintech start-up that uses innovative technology to bridge the financing gaps faced by farmers in emerging markets. We recently won the first-ever Glovo-Esade tech-based competition in Kenya, which saw 100 Kenyan start-ups competing. We also took first place in the agritech category of the Global small business awards 2022 in the UK.

In Kenya and East Africa, farmers often lack access to capital due to lack of employment and credit records. To address this issue, Imfuyo Usajili offers farmers a way to access credit by collecting information about their livestock, which serves as a security under the law and has an intrinsic worth.
