About Us
Firstpoint Properties was formed on April, 2013 with the aim of selling Genuine land and plots with Clean FreeHold Tittle Deeds. It all started with an initial purchase of 3.25 Acres acre which was subdivided into 28 plots. The funds for these plots was through a loan from a local bank.
So far FirstPoint has served hundreds of customers satisfactorily. We have land in different Locations, Juja..Ruiru…Naivasha…Nanyuki and ranges in size from 50×100 to 3 ¼ acres in various locations including prime land.
