Karibu Telecom Ltd. is the best long distance calling provider to Kenya. You get the best rates and customer service is excellent because Dr. Sambu is quick to respond and solves any issues effectively. I make calls from Canada but a Kenya local number displays on the receiving end which my mother and other family members can call me back using that same number like they would call a local number within Kenya, at no cost to them, which is an a bonus!

It took me time though getting used to having to redial certain numbers after hearing "this number does not exist!" voice recording message and, instead of voice warning, I get drop calls halfway through my phone conversations as an indicator I have only half time left before my phone credit depletes. Overall I am happy with the service.
