Lexis Business Consultants Ltd was established in Kenya in 2013 and incorporated in 2018. Lexis Business Consultants Ltd prides itself in being a Christian-based consultant company with diverse professionals, who are committed to deliver quality service by exercising high levels of integrity. Our exceptional understanding of the diverse forces and constraints of the local and regional markets enables us to provide pertinent, innovative as well as holistic business solutions. Further, our capabilities are strengthened by strategic alliances with associates in different sectors. The company has Lead Consultant as the managing Director and two consultants. The company runs along strict professional lines. Our primary objective is to give high quality professional services among other services that conform to the stipulation set forth by the professional regulatory bodies such as International Financial Reporting Standards, IFRS and International Auditing Standards IAS.

Our core values of operations encompass broad based knowledge, skills and experience required to carry out our work competently and professionally at realistic costs. In addition to contemporary accountancy services, we also offer a wide tax services and assist in both internal and external audits to comply with the set out regulation and implementing the matters raised in audit.

1.4 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES We currently provide professional services in the following areas:

1.4.1 Taxation We provide full Tax advisory services on personal income tax (NSSF, NHIF and PAYEE), corporation tax, and Value Added Tax (VAT). We review and provide advisory services on other statutory deductions. We assist in filing of the required tax returns.

1.4.2 Accountancy / Bookkeeping We provide services in the design of internal forms and vouchers used in the processing of transactions. We assist our clients in developing appropriate filing and storage systems for vouchers, financial documents and reports. We assist our clients to establish relevant accounting systems that will produce the needed financial statements that are appropriate for the client.

1.4.3 Asset register and financial policy manual We provide services in the designing of the organizational financial policy manual, Human resource manual and asset register.


1.4.4 Outsourced Tax Service We handle payment and computation of VAT, Withholding Tax, PAYE, Installment Tax, Corporation tax, and other levies together with associated deductions on behalf of the client. We also file VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax and annual returns on behalf of our clients.

1.4.5 Incorporation of Companies We assist in the incorporation of limited companies both private companies and public and also business name registration.



1.4.6 Payroll services

We provide payroll service to local employers and foreign businesses looking to set up in Kenya.
We handle the time consuming tasks of payroll processing and employee payroll tax filling to employers- regardless of their size- can comply with the Kenyan tax laws and also focus on their business
