INTRODUCTION
Felvis Enterprises Limited has been in the operation since 2012. It fully owned by citizens and is registered under the NCA 7 and other relevant bodies as we have been working under labor subcontracts and now expanding our horizon to be an independent contractor as per our vision. Our goal is to become the leading contractors and building information providers in Kenya. We therefore carry out our civil activities in a professional and transparent manner in pursuit of the goal.

Our company has the resources and technical knowhow necessary for the execution of various civil/ structural engineering works including but not limited to:

• Labour based works contracts
• Construction of show houses- both permanent and temporarily

• 2-Three bed roomed residential houses at Keroka Kiamukana- November 2016- To date
(Projects amount Kes.8, 000,000.00) for Mr. Dennis Omari and Dr.Ondati
• Residential house at Runda comprising of 9 bedrooms. Complete and occupied.(Projects amount Kes.8,500,000.00)
• Residential house at Runda comprising of 13 bedrooms for Martin. Complete and occupied. (Projects amount Kes.14,000,000.00)
EXPECTED PROJECTS
• Construction of a boundary wall at Dove Christian Church at Kawangware settlite.
• Renovation of offices at Norwegian Refugee Council
• Boundary wall at Karen for Lordship Company.

COMPETENCY PROFILE FOR THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT
Mr. Felix Kimanzi- Bachelor of Education Arts and a Masters in MA Economic Ploicy Management (UON)
Mr. Felix is the managing Director of Felvis Enterprises Limited. He has a lot of experience in the building and construction industry having been in the field for over 12 years. He has worked with various companies in the industry.
Mr. Deen Sisia- Diploma in both Architectural and Structural Engineering (Technical University of Kenya and Masai Technical Training Institute respectively)
Mr.Deen is the Projects Director of the company. He has an extensive experience in the construction industry, civil design, labor contracting and quantity surveying. He has worked with several big companies in and outside Kenya.
