Indiana Institute for Global Health - IIGH - Eldoret

The Academic Model Providing Access to Healthcare (AMPATH) Kenya is a partnership between Moi University, Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, and the AMPATH Consortium of universities around the world led by Indiana University. AMPATH began as a partnership between medical schools at Indiana University and Moi University in 1990 and was officially established in 2001,

The Indiana University Center for Global Health Equity (IUCGHE) coordinates the involvement of the AMPATH Consortium of partner universities. IUCGHE holds institutional relationships with Moi University and Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, and facilitates the presence of several full-time, year-round IU faculty in Eldoret, Kenya.
